Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you use our website or ask BETA to coordinate a medical journey.

Effective 23 September 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry or asking BETA Global Care to coordinate services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you act for another person, you confirm that you have lawful authority to do so and to provide their information.

2. BETA’s role

BETA Global Care is a medical tourism coordination and information service. We help patients communicate with independent hospitals, clinics and specialists in Türkiye and may assist with assessment preparation, appointments, quotations, travel planning and follow up communication.

We are not a medical facility. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, provide medical advice or replace consultation with a qualified doctor. Medical providers independently decide whether a person is suitable for treatment and remain responsible for clinical care.

3. Information and assessments

You must provide information that is complete, accurate and current to the best of your knowledge. Withholding relevant medical information may affect a provider’s ability to assess a case safely. Website content is general information only and must not be treated as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or guarantee of suitability.

Online or document based assessment is preliminary. A treatment plan, price or timeframe may change after physical examination, further tests or clinical findings.

4. Independent providers

Hospitals, clinics, doctors, laboratories, hotels, airlines, transport companies and insurers are independent third parties. They are not BETA’s employees or agents unless expressly stated in writing. Each provider may apply its own consent documents, cancellation terms, privacy notices and clinical policies.

BETA may coordinate introductions and communication but does not control a provider’s clinical judgment, availability, facilities or performance. Patients should review the provider’s documents and ask questions before giving treatment consent.

5. Quotations and payments

A quotation becomes reliable only after the relevant provider has reviewed the available case information and confirmed its scope. Unless expressly stated, a quotation may exclude additional tests, unexpected procedures, medicines, extended accommodation, flight changes or treatment required because of new clinical findings.

BETA does not charge for general information and does not receive or hold treatment money unless a future written arrangement expressly says otherwise. Payments made directly to a clinic, hospital, travel company or other provider are governed by that provider’s terms. Keep official receipts and verify payment instructions through an authorised contact before transferring funds.

6. Travel, visas and insurance

You remain responsible for a valid passport, visa, entry requirements, travel insurance, medical insurance where available, and compliance with airline and immigration rules. Assistance from BETA does not guarantee approval of a visa, admission to Türkiye, flight operation or reimbursement by an insurer.

Do not make nonrefundable travel commitments until the provider has confirmed the consultation or procedure and practical arrangements have been checked.

7. Emergencies

The website, WhatsApp line and coordination team are not emergency medical services. If you have severe symptoms, an urgent complication or believe that life or health is at immediate risk, contact local emergency services or attend the nearest appropriate medical facility without waiting for a BETA response.

8. No guarantee of results

Medical and aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals. Recovery periods, images, patient stories and general estimates are illustrative and do not guarantee the same result. A provider must explain material risks, alternatives and expected outcomes before treatment consent.

9. Acceptable website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or authorised business purposes. You must not interfere with security, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, scrape protected content, misuse another person’s medical information or attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.

10. Intellectual property and links

Unless otherwise indicated, the BETA name, logo, written content, layout and original graphics are owned by or licensed to BETA Global Care. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Links to third party websites are supplied for convenience and do not make BETA responsible for their content, security or availability.

11. Availability and liability

We aim to keep information and coordination channels available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error free access. To the extent permitted by law, BETA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, reliance on general website information, acts of independent providers, travel disruption or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights available under applicable consumer, data protection or other mandatory law.

12. Privacy

Personal and health related information is handled as explained in our Privacy and Data Processing Notice. By supplying another person’s information, you confirm that you have a lawful basis and authority to do so.

13. Changes, severability and waiver

We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. Updated terms apply from the stated effective date. If one provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

14. Governing law and concerns

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, while treatment and provider services in Türkiye may also be subject to Turkish law and the provider’s own terms. We encourage concerns to be raised first with BETA so they can be reviewed promptly. If a concern cannot be resolved, the courts with lawful jurisdiction in Kenya may hear the dispute, subject to any mandatory rights or a separate valid agreement.
